Brittle, fragile and thin hair or nails can indicate a deficiency.
Our hair and nails undergo a constant process of growth and renewal. If an old hair has fallen out, a new one usually grows in that place. However, this renewal process takes about 1.5–3 months. A hair grows about 10 mm each month. A healthy nail will grow back a maximum of 1 mm per week. It takes over three months for a fingernail that has been completely lost to regrow. On the one hand, healthy, strong and beautiful hair and nails need gentle cosmetic products for their external care. On the other hand, care from the inside – i.e., a regular supply of necessary vital substances – is just as important. Brittle, fragile and thin hair or nails can indicate a deficiency.

Ingredients:
Vegetable capsule casing (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, iron oxide colourant), methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), D-biotin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylglutamic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), sodium hyaluronate, L-proline, bamboo extract (Bambusa arundinacea, pulp), millet extract (Panicum miliaceum, seeds), fenugreek seeds (Trigonella foenum-graecum, seeds), L-methionine, L-cysteine, selenium yeast, collagen (UC-II®), ferric pyrophosphate, manganese citrate, black pepper extract (Piper nigrum, fruit), zinc oxide, ginger extract (Zingiber officinale, root), copper citrate.
Recommendation for use | Application:
Take 2 capsules daily with a little water.
Cure recommendation:
Courses of treatment with the specified vital substances should last at least 90 days to achieve good results.
