Collagen (2.7%), coenzyme Q10, (2.1%), DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), astaxanthin (0.27%), zinc oxide, manganese sulphate, biotin, selenium yeast, separating agent silicon dioxide, colouring agent iron oxide (capsule shell), cholexalciferol (vitamin D).

Hyaluronic acid is a high molecular weight polysaccharide (glucosaminoglucan). Studies show its oral availability. Hyaluronic acid has a high water-binding capacity. The task of hyaluronic acid is to provide the skin, connective tissue and joints with sufficient moisture and resistance. A series of studies by the American Institute for Biosocial and Medical Research indicates that orally administered hyaluronic acid with a molecular size of 500 to 700 kD can be absorbed by the human organism similarly well as injected hyaluronic acid. The hyaluronic acid content of the skin decreases significantly with the ageing process, which means that it loses moisture and elasticity. Peroral administration of 100 to 200 mg hyaluronic acid can significantly improve the skin's moisture, elasticity and firmness. But the entire connective tissue and joint structures also benefit from the water-binding capacity of hyaluronic acid.
MSM (MethylSulfonylMethane): organic sulphur donor to stimulate collagen synthesis
MSM is a good organic sulphur donor; sulphur is an important, structural component of connective tissue such as cartilage and skin, which keeps connective tissue elastic and firm (via disulphide bridges). Furthermore, sulphur is important for healthy mucous membranes, strong hair and healthy nails. Furthermore, sulphur is crucial for the exchange of energy substances (as a component of coenzyme A), the liver and for the formation of sulphur-containing amino acids, antioxidants (glutathione), hormones and enzymes.
MSM is also used as a supportive remedy for musculoskeletal conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, muscle spasms, muscle pain, (sports) injuries, RSI (repetitive injuries), fibromyalgia, tendinitis, bursitis, carpal tunnel syndrome and lower back pain.
MSM increases the permeability of the cell membranes. The result is a better and faster absorption of nutrients and a faster excretion of metabolic waste products and toxic substances.
MSM plays a role in ageing processes of tissue structures. The natural content of MSM in body tissues decreases with increasing age.
Collagen UC-11(TM):
Non-denatured collagen - catalyst for endogenous collagen synthesis and hyaluronic acid: -> for skin and joints.
Collagen is taken in 2 different forms, either as collagen hydrolysate or as non-denatured type II collagen. (UC-11(')). Collagen hydrolysate with a broad spectrum of connective tissue-forming amino acids, especially L-proline, hydroxy-proline and glycine, should be taken in the form of a drink, as the required amount is 10 grams. Collagen UCll(TM), on the other hand, is a non-denatured collagen that is taken in a small amount, usually 40 mg daily. Studies for both types of collagen have shown a good influence on the musculoskeletal system (joints, tendons, ligaments) and on the skin structure (skin moisture, elasticity and wrinkle reduction). UCll(TM) has been confirmed in several studies to have good efficacy in degenerative joint diseases. However, the intake of this type of collagen also increases the collagen formation and hyaluronic acid formation of the skin and is thus an actual anti-ageing substance.
