Bitter compounds occur in numerous plants. Among the best-known plants containing bitter compounds are artichoke, dandelion, gentian and milk thistle.

A daily portion of 8 g contains glycine 3000 mg, taurine 500 mg, L-methionine 250 mg, turmeric root extract 70 mg, choline 55 mg and magnesium 75 mg as well as niacin, vitamin B2, B6, B12 and folic acid.

This drink powder contains vital nutrients and bitter compounds from artichoke, fennel and peppermint. No sugar has been added, the sweetness comes from stevia leaves (steviol glycosides).
