Vita Collagen Complex PLUS combines collagen hydrolysate and hyaluronic acid with UC-II collagen, L-proline, turmeric, astaxanthin, lutein, zeaxanthin, lycopene and pine bark extract as well as a broad selection of vitamins and minerals.

The ingredients

Collagen hydrolysate
Broken-down structural protein. It provides the amino acids from which the body forms its own collagen, especially glycine, L-proline and hydroxyproline.

UC-II collagen
Undenatured type II collagen.

L-proline
A non-essential amino acid and a building block of collagen.

Lutein
A carotenoid and natural component of the macula. In food, it is found mainly in green vegetables such as spinach, kale and broccoli.

Zeaxanthin
An orange-yellow carotenoid and also a natural component of the macula.

Lycopene
The carotenoid that gives tomatoes their red colour.

Pine bark and grape seed extract (OPC)
Both provide polyphenols, including oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC).
