Our hair and nails are in a constant process of growth and renewal. When an old hair has fallen out, a new one usually grows back in its place. However, this renewal process takes about 1.5 to 3 months. A hair grows about 10 mm per month. A healthy nail grows a maximum of 1 mm per week. It takes more than three months for a completely lost fingernail to grow back. Healthy, strong and beautiful hair and nails need gentle cosmetic products for external care on the one hand. A broad combination of vital nutrients for hair, skin and nails. Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and normal skin, zinc to the maintenance of normal nails.

Ingredients:
Vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colour iron oxide), methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), D-biotin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), sodium hyaluronate, L-proline, bamboo extract (Bambusa arundinacea, pith), millet extract (Panicum miliaceum, seeds), fenugreek seeds (Trigonella foenum-graecum, seeds), L-methionine, L-cysteine, selenium yeast, collagen (UC-II®), iron pyrophosphate, manganese citrate, black pepper extract (Piper nigrum, fruit), zinc oxide, ginger extract (Zingiber officinale, root), copper citrate.
