Short description:
In addition to 21 vitamins and minerals, this drink powder is enriched with proteins and dietary fibre. No sugar has been added, the sweetness comes from stevia leaves (steviol glycosides). The tasty drink is suitable for all growing children and schoolchildren.

Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance. Protein, calcium and vitamin D are needed for normal growth and development of bone in children. Calcium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and normal teeth. Magnesium, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and biotin contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system in children. Vitamin A and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal vision. Magnesium, vitamin C and iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Recommended intake | Use:
Once daily 20g powder (= 1 well-heaped tablespoon).

Dosage:
Once daily, put 20g powder (= 1 well-heaped tablespoon) into a dry container and add 200ml liquid (milk or milk substitute, e.g. oat milk). Stir with a fork or whisk. It is easiest with a shaker. The powder can also be stirred into yoghurt or mixed into muesli.
