Some items in our shop may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or trial before purchase. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases. Subscriptions
When you subscribe, you'll receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription length and frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely. You'll be billed for each delivery unless you prepay. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you don't want your subscription to renew, you can cancel it. You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order, where you can manage your subscription. When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will be available soon, but is currently unavailable. We may not collect payment or may collect a partial payment at checkout, save your payment method, and then process and collect all or the remaining payment at a later date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. When you purchase an item to try out, we authorize your payment method before we process the order. You have a limited amount of time to decide whether you want to keep the item. If the trial period expires and you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method the full amount.
