I've been taking the Body Shape Drinks for about 5 weeks and I'm very surprised by the very positive result!
I have two drinks a day (usually in the morning and at lunchtime). I've already lost 7 kilos , even though I sometimes eat a more substantial meal and have a glass of wine on the weekends. I've also lost about 5 cm around my waist. So it really does target even the most stubborn fat deposits.
I don't get hungry between meals either – the drinks are perfectly sufficient and filling. I mix the powder with about 100 ml of water and 150 ml of almond milk; that's how I like it best.

I started taking Vita Collagen Complex to improve the elasticity and collagen production of my skin. I am 37 years old and very passionate about skincare (I have a very thorough skincare routine) and a healthy lifestyle. Since I started taking Vita Relax Plus, I no longer have cramps at night. I also no longer suffer from muscle soreness after exercising.
When I used to take other magnesium products, I unfortunately always got diarrhea. I tolerate Vita Relax Plus well.
