Essential nutrients for kids

What is the composition of a healthy children's drink?

A balanced diet is extremely important – especially for children and young people. They need a lot of nutrients to develop physically and mentally. But beware: Conventional children's products are often not as nutritious as they should be. In many cases, they are high in sugar and low in important nutrients such as magnesium. This provides short-term satiety, but has no good long-term effects – keyword: obesity. Excessive sugar consumption is also a major factor in the development of caries.
