Vita Lutein Complex provides them in a high dosage, supplemented with astaxanthin, pine bark extract and bilberry as well as vitamin B2.

Vita Lutein Complex provides 10 mg lutein and 2 mg zeaxanthin per capsule, supplemented with astaxanthin, pine bark extract with OPC and vitamin B2.

Lutein
A carotenoid and natural component of the macula. In food, it is found mainly in green vegetables such as spinach, kale and broccoli.
Zeaxanthin
An orange-yellow carotenoid and also a natural component of the macula.
Astaxanthin
A natural carotenoid from the microalga Haematococcus pluvialis. It gives salmon and crustaceans their red colour.
Pine bark and grape seed extract (OPC)
Both provide polyphenols, including oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC).
