Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance. Protein, calcium, and vitamin D are needed for healthy growth and healthy bone development in children. Calcium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function. Calcium is needed to maintain normal bones and normal teeth. Magnesium and B vitamins contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin D contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system in children. Recommended use | Directions:
Once daily 20g powder (= 1 heaping tablespoon).

Dosage:
Once daily, put 20g powder (= 1 heaping tablespoon) into a dry container and add 200ml liquid (milk or milk substitute, e.g., oat milk). Stir with a fork or whisk. The easiest way is in a shaker cup. The powder can also be stirred into yogurt or mixed into muesli.
