Vitamin C - strengthens the immune system, lifts the mood.
The body needs vitamin C for the immune system, the formation of strong connective tissue, blood vessel walls, gums, firm and smooth skin, a positive mood and for coping with stress.
Natural vitamin C from the acerola cherry has proven to be very effective because it also contains important additives such as natural organic flavonoids. The absorption and effect of vitamin C is additionally enhanced by organic flavonoids.
Vitamin C Depot or Retard aims at delayed absorption and thus achieves a long-lasting effect. This type of vitamin C supply (long-lasting) is only possible by taking it in capsule form.
Zinc - shortens the duration of colds.
New studies show a 42% reduction in the duration of colds when taking zinc acetate compared to placebo!
Vitamin D - the sunshine vitamin.
